At 11 ½ years old, Wolfgang has been part of our VRC family for nearly a decade. He came to us more than 9 years ago, carrying the physical and emotional scars of a brutal past in dog fighting. His body told a story of survival… but his heart? His heart told a story of love.

Loud storms and sudden noises still make him nervous, but being close to someone who cares brings him comfort and calm.
