Roxie is one of the thousands of Katrina victims. But it was apparent that this girl had a rough life before the disaster struck. Her teeth are worn down to the gums and it was obvious that she had SEVERAL litters of puppies prior to being lost among the hurricane. As sad as it is to say this, Katrina was the best thing that could've happened to this OVERLY friendly gal.
