The Mouse has one of the saddest stories of our Katrina dogs. After the initial flood waters rushed and rescuers began the dreary task of looking for survivors, some home owners came back to see what they had left. This one particular home owner came home to this little white Pit Bull mix in his attic. The only problem is…he didn't own a dog so he had no idea where she had come from. From what rescuers could figure out, when the waters were high, The Mouse probably floated in and thru an attic window. She took refuge there and when waters resided, she remained in what she felt was a safe place. There she remained for 3 weeks. To date, we have no idea how she made it with no food and only contaminated water to drink. But this little bundle of energy deserves a new chance at a good life. Won't you rescue her again?

If you are looking for laughs then Mouse is the dog for you, this petite little lady is HILARIOUS!!! She's scoots around the house, tap dancing all the way.  She's great in the house and is a sweet, funny happy little snow white girl.

Other dogs – she behaves out on a walk when she's sees another dog, but doesn't want to interact with them.

Mouse is crate trained.

VIDEO DISCLAIMER – SHE IS NOT A CRAZY HYPER DOG!!! SHE LOVES TO HAVE FUN IF ENCOURAGED BUT WILL TOTALLY CHILL AS WELL.
