Meet Chase, a name that isn’t just cute, it’s literal. This guy was found roaming the streets of New Orleans and decided to give staff a full cardio workout by leading them on an epic chase. Naturally, the name stuck.
From day one, Chase wasn’t a fan of the whole “kennel life” thing. He bounced from location to location, struggling to settle in until Tia stepped in and brought him home. Cue the transformation montage: in no time, Chase was a totally different dog. She even did a DNA test (because yes, we are those people), and the results were exactly what all of her employees had hoped: mostly hound dog, with a splash of pit bull. No wonder he was so misunderstood — he just wasn’t running with the right pack.
He was added to our sponsorship program, but here’s the deal: Chase has some serious “stranger danger.” And he will need to go into a calm, adult only home. He will be a difficult placement but that doesn’t mean that the perfect home isn’t out there.
