Belenos’ journey started on the side of a busy New Orleans road when she was just a tiny puppy, abandoned and in rough shape. She was battling a painful skin infection and covered in fleas, but with a little TLC she bounced back and grew into the beautiful dog she is today.
Belenos is a sweet, loyal girl who’s been patiently waiting for her forever home. She does have some anxiety in new situations, but once she settles into a routine, she truly thrives. With consistency and love, her confidence blossoms.
She’s also a bit dog-selective, so a proper meet and greet is a must. She would do well as the only pet in the home or with the right canine companion.
Belenos is ready for someone to see the special soul she is and give her the second chance she’s been waiting for.
