Rosita is our oldest cat at 19yrs old.
She came to us when her owner’s partner passed away, and his children wanted the house back. So grieving the loss of her partner, we were contacted to take in their 14 cats. Shockingly, Rosita was not their oldest cats, they had to 2 at the time 20 year old cats who have since passed away after being fostered by employees. Rosita was 15 years old when we got her.
Rosita enjoys the comfiest of things, blankets, beds, caves, as long as they are soft that is where you will find her. Rosita oversees our Nursery building, she makes sure the kids (everyone younger that her) stay in line and don’t bother her. She even over sees her care takers and makes sure they run the water for her to drink from, she sometimes makes them turn it on, just to walk away, she likes to keep their skills sharp. She is great at her job, and everyone respects her and her space.
