Profile: Casper was lucky enough to have a guardian angel in Nevada who bailed him out of the local shelter before he fell into the hands of dog fighters. Casper is quite the handful right now, fun, but a handful. He will need an experienced owner with no other animals. He's full of piss and vinegar. But don't wait around for this guy.
